Technician Hiring in Gainesville, TX

We are currently searching for a talented and responsible Automotive Technician to join our inclusive team and are willing to talk with candidates of various experience levels. We are seeking candidates that are Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep®, and RAM enthusiasts that enjoy working with customers while also getting their hands dirty. As an Auto Technician, you will be tasked with performing vehicle repairs and overseeing service appointments in accordance with dealer and CDJR standards. You'll be asked to have a keen eye for detail to ensure that repairs are completed on time and that other potential issues are flagged for our customers to review. In this role, you can expect to interact with customers, service advisors, repair technicians, sales associates, parts associates, and managers. Daily responsibilities will include:

Performing vehicle repair and/or maintenance work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and factory standards to drive customer loyalty.
Advise service advisor immediately if any additional work is needed, if work outlined is not needed, or if repairs cannot be completed within the promised time.
Communicating with Parts Department and Service Advisors regularly to effectively manage production and customer communication.
Diagnosing the cause of any malfunction and performing a repair, if authorized by the Customer.
Conducting multi-point inspections to make appropriate recommendations to ensure the safety and reliability of customer vehicles.
Documenting work performed on each vehicle on the repair order.
Keeping abreast of factory technical bulletins and participating in factory-sponsored training classes as appropriate.
Providing an exceptional customer experience to drive loyalty
Administer safety and housekeeping policies and procedures
Understand and follow federal, state, and local regulations, governing service repair work.
